Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized EU carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
